In connection with the investigation triggered by the Romanian National Anti-Corruption Directorate (“DNA”), which we have previously disclosed to the market and to our investors in the initial public offering prospectus dated 26 April 2017, in the supplemental prospectus dated 8 May 2017 (together, the “Prospectus”), as well as in the subsequent public reports, we inform you that, on 25 July 2017, RCS & RDS S.A. ANCOM approval for RCS & RDS S.A. to apply a surcharge for certain roaming services provided in the EEA

As we have already informed the market and the investors in the initial public offering prospectus from 26 April 2017, RCS & RDS S.A., the Company’s subsidiary in Romania (RCS&RDS), has requested that the National Authority for Management and Regulation of Communications in Romania (ANCOM) authorize RCS&RDS to apply a surcharge for certain roaming services supplied to its customers traveling in the European Economic Area (EEA), therefore including the European Union.
